Our Pricing

The Planning Fee covers the time us to research, plan and prepare accommodations for your special pet. This is a flat rate of $150 for all trips greater than 4 hours. The planning fee for a trip that is less than 4 hours is $100. This fee will hold your travel date and is non-refundable if you have to cancel.

The Travel Fee covers the time your pet is in our care. This includes door to door transport and everything in between. Travel time will include all stops, walk breaks and overnights. Trips greater than 4 hours is considered a full day. We limit the number of hours traveled to 7 or 8 each day so can decrease the amount of stress on your pet. Travel time is figured at 1.25 x drive time in hours. This will give you a better idea of an arrival time considering stops and breaks. At this time, our maximum distance we can travel is 1200 miles from the starting zip code. 

1/2 day (<4 hours): 160

1 full day (4-8 hours): 320

1.5 days (9-12 hours): 480

2 days (12-16 hours): 680

3 days (17-25 hours): 990

Expenses include only the bare essentials needed to travel: gas and overnight accommodations. With current gas prices, gas expenses are figured at 0.30 per mile with milage figured zip code to zip code. This figure could change depending on fluctuating gas prices. An overnight stay at a safe, pet-friendly hotel averages about $150. We do not charge for toll roads, driver meals or parking fees. 

We will hold your travel date with the payment of the Planning Fee. The balance of the transport cost is due 10 days before delivery date. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo or divide your payments with Affirm or Klarna.
